I recently changed from Typepad to WordPress with a company that was less than stellar in its customer relations. So less than stellar that I gathered up my WordPress site and went looking for help elsewhere.
Lucky me. I discovered Kathleen, The Savvy VA, and learned that prayers do get answered!
She was not my first try. I kept running into “Sure, I can do that.” Then a ridiculous amount of money would be billed and there would be no communication. And things still didn’t work. Not my style.
In stepped Kathleen. A look-see around the site, some suggestions as to what might be wrong. VERY resonable pricing. And, most importantly, she communicates. Not only communicates but connects. She listens and tweaks. She responds to questions and requests quickly. She FIXES the WordPress site! It WORKS. She checks back in to be sure everything is working like it’s supposed to work.
If you like cold, impersonal, high-priced tech folks who can’t or won’t fix the problem beyond their own comfort zone or ability, Kathleen’s not your gal.
But if you want someone who knows WordPress, who can troubleshoot existing (leftover from others) problems, who is very reasonably priced, and who will check in with you and keep you up to date on the status of her work, then Kathleen is for you. She is the only person I will turn to in the future for any and all work I need done on a WordPress site!
