Many problems occur with when copying and pasting content from Microsoft Word directly into WordPress blogs.
There are a couple of options for creating your post in Word and then bringing it into your blog post.

- Paste as plain text/Paste from Microsoft Word.
Use these buttons in the WordPress WYSIWYG word processor if you are copying and pasting content into the editor. To use, copy your content from wherever program you are using, and when you bring it to the editor, click whichever button applies to the situation. If you are copying from Word, then click the right button. (These buttons are to the right of the Font Color button on the bottom row of the toolbars). - You can also copy from Word to Wordpad, and then copy from Wordpad to WordPress. Either of these options will eliminate the problems associated with pasting directly from WordPress.
