I SO wish I could give you a great big hug!  You have done an outstanding job on my website and it is everything I had envisioned, wanted and needed.

Now I just need to find the time to get in there and tweak some of my pages so they match the professionalism of my site now, and then blast it out and maybe even do a press release on it.  I’ve got a lot of work to do….LOL.

I love the newsletter manager as well.  That is something I did not have and really do need.  You knew of things I needed that I didn’t even know I needed….hahahaha…you are GREAT!  It is just perfect and so excited about showing it off!!

Anyway, I just wanted to thank you so very much Kathleen.  You have done an expert job and I just love it!!!

I recently changed from Typepad to WordPress with a company that was less than stellar in its customer relations.  So less than stellar that I gathered up my WordPress site and went looking for help elsewhere.

Lucky me.  I discovered Kathleen, The Savvy VA, and learned that prayers do get answered!

She was not my first try.  I kept running into “Sure, I can do that.”  Then a ridiculous amount of money would be billed and there would be no communication.  And things still didn’t work.  Not my style.

In stepped Kathleen.  A look-see around the site, some suggestions as to what might be wrong.  VERY resonable pricing.  And, most importantly, she communicates.  Not only communicates but connects.  She listens and tweaks.  She responds to questions and requests quickly.  She FIXES the WordPress site!  It WORKS.  She checks back in to be sure everything is working like it’s supposed to work.

If you like cold, impersonal, high-priced tech folks who can’t or won’t fix the problem beyond their own comfort zone or ability, Kathleen’s not your gal.

But if you want someone who knows WordPress, who can troubleshoot existing (leftover from others) problems, who is very reasonably priced, and who will check in with you and keep you up to date on the status of her work, then Kathleen is for you.  She is the only person I will turn to in the future for any and all work I need done on a WordPress site!

When I contacted Kathleen to help me with my WordPress Blogsite, the site was up but without any real organization. I also had no idea how to post a Blog or use the tools provided by WP. I was frustrated, felt stuck and didn’t know how to move forward on my own. I found Kathleen on FB and picked up right away that she was someone I could work with. And Wow! An expert on WordPress! Just what I needed. I bought her WP re-do package and not only did she give me a new…more expandable template with an organization that makes sense, but she also taught me how to actually manage the site all by myself. To me it’s a miracle. I now can easily post Blogs…embed videos in those Blogs and even create drop down menus. I must be a genius. No. Kathleen is the genius. A WordPress genius. Thanks Kathleen. I may not be techie but I am a Virtual Assistant so I know my way around computers.  I was sure I could figure this out. I did all the initial preparation steps and even bought the book WordPress for Dummies. For weeks I struggled with my install, wasting precious time foolishly on a skill I was not going to ever need again.WordPress installation was not a service I planned to offer. I needed to be concentrating on launching my business not launching my website. Finally somewhere between My SQL database, my c-panel, and my FTP I cried uncle. This was ridiculous. Trying to save money was actually costing me money because I was not focusing where needed to. The best thing I ever did was to find someone who specializes in WordPress Blog/website installation. If you are in my same position and you need some help I highly recommend Kathleen.
